Self-help books get many people through some very low points in their life. They allow you to learn from therapists and psychologists without the expensive price tag.
Personal development and working on your mental health is key to unlocking your potential as a woman and if therapy is too expensive, self-help books are a good alternative to become the best version of you.
My favorite self-help books tend to be motivational books aimed at women, often on the topic of self-love. However, I’ve included a whole range of books here, and I’ve read every single one of them. The list has been split up into books for happiness, self-esteem, young women, work and moms.

I’ve read a couple of these books and really enjoyed them. I love reading and listening to personal development books and podcasts. There is always something new to learn!
Self help books are one of my favorite genres so this is a great list for reference. I’ve only read Girl, Wash Your Face (and LOVED it), but all the other ones would be fresh reads! I’ve been meaning to read Daring Greatly for a while so hopefully it happens in 2020!
I need to add these to my list of books to read! I laughed out loud at “Calm The F Down.” I probably need to start with that one.
Quite a few on this list that I haven’t heard of. The Alchemist is definitely well worth a read.
