This post offers an honest review of the Launch Your Blog Biz course offered by Create and Go, it is the very same course I used to launch this blog. (Find out how much I’m making with my blog too!)
Launch Your Blog Biz Course Review
I was extremely skeptical when I first came across the Launch Your Blog Biz course from Create and Go.
How is it possible to stand out from all the other courses offering the magic solution for launching a blog that will *actually* earn you a monthly income? Especially since there is so much free advice out there from other bloggers who claim to be able to offer you all the advice you need and more.
That being said, I’m excited to give you this review of their course, because this month alone I made $1290 with my blog.
This is set to increase every month and I’m excited for my blog to become my full-time income.
I can now say that, despite everything I believed, Create and Go have achieved something that pips other courses I´ve tried and researched to the post.
They´ve streamlined 99% of the information you need to source and would have ended up spending hours searching for in hundreds of other places. Then they have put it all into one complete and concise course for you to have a lifetime of access to.
Without further ado, let’s get into the review.
What is the Course?
For starters the course is called ¨Launch Your Blog Biz¨, it’s really for the beginners and the ‘have no idea’-ers.
If you already have set up a blog which is creating a decent monthly revenue, I’d say you’d be better looking for other options for help to boost that income (but Create and Go do have another course to help with just that).
The course helped me go from my initial blog set up to earn $1290, and that’s from only working part-time on my blog.
Aas you might know from reading my blog, I initially starting working freelance to support my dream of being a digital nomad for the past several years.
The stable success the course helped me achieve has made me confident that overall this course is worth recommending for my fellow starter-uppers.
Who Are Create and Go?
Who are they and who made them the blog gods?
Alex Nerney and Lauren McManus’ story rings true to most people I know nowadays.
Alex Nerney and Lauren McManus were two overworked and underpaid professionals (what an anomaly, right?)
Who, despite seemingly dedicating their lives to their work, they weren’t noticing any actual benefit from their dedication. Their financial status still gave them anxiety and fears.
Their dreams and aspirations were constantly being put off for the future.
Finally, due to their limiting 2 weeks holiday time a year, they never even considered travelling an option, at least not until they were retired.
How did they set up Create and Go?
They searched for alternatives to their less-than-accommodating lifestyles and eventually settled on starting a blog. Which flopped. Because it’s not as easy as it seems. But they didn’t give up.
They focused their efforts more, learnt from failures, and started a second blog, which after a lot of dedication started earning.
As they have grown into full-time successful bloggers, with six-figure incomes to match, they noted their strategy so they could replicate their success.
Which is where the Launch Your Blog Biz course come in…
What Does The Course Provide?
Well as a review, I will be honest with you, Alex and Lauren aren’t going to be doing the work for you.
Nor are they sugar-coating the process and saying how easy it will be. Because if they did that, you wouldn’t learn any skills.
But they are giving you your tools and telling you how to use them (teach a man to fish, and all that).
There is so much information out there, and part of the reason I had put off buying any courses was a belief that I could easily find out all the information I needed.
But you know what happened? Every time I would set out to answer a question I’d get swamped with a tonne of new information that was just over complicating the whole process.
Instead of ever finding the answer to my initial question, I was finding every possible opinion on ten possible methods.
On top of that I would have 50 new questions about lots of words I’d never even heard of, and concepts I didn’t need to know about yet (sound familiar?)
It was shaking my confidence and that’s the absolute last thing any new blogger needs.
Another thing that built my confidence in this course was that Lauren and Alex have not only one successful blog but two, their method has not only worked once but twice.
They had used the knowledge from their success and created a method that worked again.
What’s In The Launch Your Blog Biz Course?
The extensive course will help you understand the process. Everything, from the setup and management of your new blogging venture, right through to bonuses. Round-ups of affiliate products for you to use, email marketing templates, and even support groups, not to mention how you will have lifetime access to it as it grows and expands.
I wish I could have seen a list of topics when I was initially reading about the course so I’ve included a look at the course content so you’ll understand what I mean:
- Introduction and Course Objectives
- Navigating and Understanding WordPress
- Blog Themes and Design
- Blog Content Strategy – How to Create Amazing Content People Love and Share
- Email Marketing Basics
- Setting Up Your Email Campaign and Strategy
- Ads and Sponsored Posts
- Basics of Affiliate Marketing
- Creating Your Affiliate Marketing Strategy
- Finding and Selling Affiliate Products
- Blog Traffic Basics
- Facebook Groups
- Skills, Hacks, and Other Blogging Resources
- The Next Steps… Bonus Videos from Six-Figure Blogger
You can see how straight forward it is. In writing this honest review, there is no denying how it has been well designed to meet all your needs without overcomplicating the process.
Plus one of the things that appeal most to me personally is the predominantly video-based format that guides you through the learning process step by step.
The Launch Your Blog Biz course should take the average person 1-2 months (at least it did for me.) Though if you wanted to focus on this and speed through it then I’m sure it could take you as little as 2 weeks.
Is The Launch Your Blog Biz Course Worth It?
The Launch Your Blog course covers most things that you will need, to set up your blog and get it running.
I want this up-to-date 2020 review to be honest so there are a couple of downsides, like site security for example.
However, I found that I wasn’t as concerned about handling that by myself once I had built my confidence setting up the blog.
Another thing I noticed was a lack of information regarding plug-ins, and perhaps you saw this on the content list, Instagram is a minor component in their initial strategy. But these are all smaller components in setting up a blog. So once I was set up and running, I had the confidence to learn about what suited my needs best for additional components to my blog.
What if you already have the bare bones of a blog? Well, if you have already set up your blog, you can easily skim/skip some sections, though I see no downside in learning an additional approach to compliment your existing site set up.
A Conclusion To The Launch Your Blog Biz Review
This course isn’t going to do the work for you, so if you are expecting to have Lauren and Alex come round to your house and set up your blog for you.
But they are doing the next best thing, you will learn from this blog and you can be confident in the knowledge you wouldn’t be wasting your time focusing your efforts in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Lauren and Alex even offer a 2-month money-back guarantee.
They are so confident in the Launch Your Blog Biz course’s success rate that if you can prove you have followed and actioned each step in the course and your blog hasn’t started to generate income they will honour their word.
At the end of the day, I’m a firm believer that this course is an investment in yourself and your independence.
Building a blog to give you financial freedom is one of those times where you say –
“If it is worth doing, then it is worth doing well.¨
